Manufacturer Warranty

All air conditioning products sold through Air Conditioning Experts come with the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type:

  • Split systems: Typically 5 years parts and labour, up to 7 years on compressor
  • Ducted systems: Typically 5 years parts and labour, up to 7 years on compressor
  • Accessories: Typically 1-2 years

Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for specific terms.

Installation Warranty

All professional installations arranged through Air Conditioning Experts include a workmanship warranty. The duration and terms vary by installer but typically range from 1 to 5 years. Your installer will provide warranty details at the time of installation.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  2. Note your product model number and serial number (found on the product label)
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing
  4. Contact us with the above details

We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange repair or replacement under warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
